About Independent Builders Gippsland
Builder in Bairnsdale, VIC for custom homes, house and land packages and house plans and designs.
This is a home building business working out of Bairnsdale and servicing East Gippsland, including Bruthen, Omeo, Lake King and Paynesville. It puts up residential homes and gives clients the option of fully customisable plans, or of designing a home together from scratch. Plans drawn up elsewhere by someone else can also be used as the basis for a build.
The services on offer take in house and land packages, the company's own house plans, and house plans and designs, as well as display homes. Matt and Chloe Schlitz own and run the business, which describes a hands-on approach, open communication and a straightforward building process. As a builder, the kind of work this trade typically covers includes renovations, extensions, decks and pergolas, and building maintenance and repairs; contact the business to check what it takes on.
