“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Influx Electric, I would not recommend this company. I purchased a product off Kieran and was assured it was in good working condition, immediately after using the product for the first time I noticed it was faulty and not in the condition described. I contacted Kieren immediately requesting a refund upon return of the product. When Kieren finally got back me it appeared he did not want to take any accountability for supplying the faulty product nor did he offer any solution. After back and forth discussion still no solution has been offered, I am now out of pocket and will end up having paid twice to replace the faulty product I’ve been supplied by Influx Electric. It appears once they have your money their quality and customer service goes out the window. I will remove this review if the issue has been resolved.”
