“We have had solar since early in the year with many issues I have to praise and thank the service lady Carla who deals with after install issues and bookings, she has gone above and beyond, amazing phone skills, clear skills with customer service I can not fault her, she has gone above and beyond I have so much respect for her and her work ethic. Will always do follow up and checks in. You can tell she has worked with this range of industry for years and expects nothing but the best and delivers the same. She is truly a joy to deal with. She acknowledges and owns hold ups and issues doesn’t pussy foot around will engage in personal chat An amazing lady who should be a valued employee Thankyou Carla and Innovo”
