What should have been a simple installation of a Starlink mesh node turned into a cascade of problems. Yes, the node was installed—but it disrupted my entire existing internet setup, creating chaos that should never have happened with competent work. The service felt careless and unprofessional throughout. The issues they introduced affected critical systems, including my CCTV and alarm settings—both essential for my business. Instead of taking responsibility or offering urgent support, I was told they were booked out and that I should “seek help elsewhere.” For a business relying on remote monitoring, this response was completely unacceptable.
