“Jack completed an upgrade for a section of switchboard in relation to driveway lighting for an Owners Corporation and installed a day/night sensor. He replied quickly to a request for a quote and equally was able to complete the job within a short space of time once offered the work. Jack is prompt in attendance and replying to messages, easy to communicate with, professional and demonstrates I believe a high work ethic and standard. I could not have been more pleased with the work he did. Jack left everything neat and tidy, also cleaning out debris/leaves etc. from the bottom of the switchboard cupboard that had been there for years. On the evening of the day Jack completed the work, one of the residents had an electrical issue with an appliance in her unit. Even though it seemed extremely unlikely that the issue with the appliance would have anything to do with the work Jack had performed that day, he with no hesitation returned first thing the next morning to have a look at the situation. Jack thoroughly checked everything and was able to assure the resident that the appliance issue was not related to the work he had done. No charge for that visit. I would highly recommend Jack ”
