“10 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say how wonderful and helpful the boys at Jarlam were today. Neil, Alexander and another gentleman who I didn't catch the name of were so helpful and kind with fixing a significant issue with my 130 year old Vintage Platen Press today. One of the old ink roller hooks was bent from the previous restorer which caused the machine to be unable to function at its intended use with inked letter press. I asked these guys if there was anyway they could straighten out the rod or fabricate a new one (worst case scenario) these guys went above and beyond to help me ADHOC and straighten out the bar and sand it down so it can function correctly. Salvaging the part of a machine made in 1896 and making something I have spent considerable time and money on workable so now I can continue to work myself. I can't sing their praises enough and to assist a walk in with such a strange request so promptly and with kindness is beyond appreciated. 🙏 thanks so much will definitely recommend / use these guys again in the future for any projects that call for it.”
