People just did not listen.”

“Just a pain to deal with. They are a Service Agent for Schneider Electric, except they did not want to provide any service but just wanted to make a quick buck. When the job was not exactly what they expected they quickly shrugged it off and did not bother to communicate with the customer. I had to call them after not hearing anything for a week to find out what was going on and the guy named Scott simply refused to listen like it was just someone else's problem. Very poor business ethics and no customer courtesy whatsoever. Fortunately Schneider Electric truly valued their customers and sorted it out in the end, it was just a shame they partnered with this company.”
