“Guys be aware of these people. Very unprofessional. They did work at my house for around 40 minutes . Next day I got invoice from them which I didn’t understand because on the invoice they charged me for 2 hours and some extra dollars which didn’t even mentioned on the invoice So I called them . The lady over the phone couldn’t explained me properly. Then after sometime I got call from their owner who was very rude. After the call. He sent me a email which was full of lies and kind of blackmailing. He put false allegations on me that his staff who worked 1 day before at my place was feeling uncomfortable and imitating at my place. The reason he sent me that email because I ask him questions about the invoice which was overcharged. He did not realised that their worker was felling uncomfortable until I asked questions about overcharged invoice. For you safety Pls ask them to send you a message about time when they start and when they finish work at your place on the spot or get their signature otherwise you will get a charge whatever time they’re like to charge . Even though I have a footage as a proof when they left my house. I had no problem to pay them even though they charged so”

“If you look at Johnny Cool Darwin reviews you will see there are none less than 11 months old. Johnny Cool underwent new ownership last year and since the positive reviews have dried up. I called Johnny Cool in November to fix a faulty aircon. They didn’t look at the unit and just diagnosed the fault from the light sequence.. The did fix the fault temporarily and I paid them, but after a few days the aircon broke again, and the lights showed the same fault sequence.. I requested they come back to fix. They did come back twice more but never managed to fix the issue, nor did they refund my money. After 3 months of messing around with Johnny Cool. I called another local Top-end chill technician. They came diagnosed the fault as something completely different and fixed the aircon permanently in only an hour. Air cons can be complex beasts but the issue here was that Johnny Cool just wasn’t a able to problem solve and think outside the box. worse they weren’t able to admit their mistake and kept the money for a repair they neve completed.”

“Mitchell the Technician was outstanding. Had an issue with his kit, was not flustered at all and apologised. I told him no apology needed. Excellent customer service, very punctual. As always another great experience with these guys. See you in six months”
