“Probably one of the worst trade/service experiences I've had. I could write an essay about it, but the short version: due to zero preparation, the work couldn't be finished that day, yet full payment was demanded anyway. When I questioned what was going on, I was treated like an idiot by the business owner. The one positive is that the guy who came to our house was very nice.”
