“All the people I dealt with were lovely and professional, the tech who came out cleaned up after himself and left the place better than when he found it. He also was great with our animals, which is always hit and miss which trades people.”

“KGB did some work in the past and was very happy with their work. Rang them just to get a quick quote to install another 2 fans (same ones) in different rooms. Couldn't do that on the phone, could I send photos of fans, photo of meter box and photo of rooms where I wanted them installed. Took photos and tried to send text. Wouldn't go, tried to send on quote page wouldn't go! Had spent well over an hour trying so gave up rang and said forget it. Phone rang and now they could do it over the phone. Too late had already organised other electrician to do the job, on the phone!”
