Firstly within hours to request a quotation to replace a defective timber electrical pole on our acreage I received a fixed price in writing from Mark which provided full details of work to be completed. Following acceptance of the competitive price we booked in a day for the work to be completed. Mark rang me a couple of days prior to advise he could bring the job forward for which we were thankful owing to safety concerns.
