“We'd been wanting a battery for a while, mainly for backup — we're up on Tamborine Mountain and have twice been without power for a fortnight after storms. I put together a brief and sent it to three companies. Nic was the only one who came out to the house and actually walked the job before quoting, and we had a good chat about what would and wouldn't work. The quote came back clear and itemised, with nothing hidden. Install team were great on the day — tidy, on time and happy to explain what they were doing. The system's been in a few days and is doing exactly what we hoped. No hesitation recommending Level.”

“Nic and his team at Level have provided my husband and I with outstanding service. Right from the get-go, Nic guided us step by step through the process of selecting and installing solar panels, inverter and battery. Being a qualified electrician and electrical solutions manager, not just a salesman, Nic was knowledgeable about solar systems and provided advice like no other solar company I’d approached - 8! He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He was honest and courteous and never too busy to answer my questions - and I had many! Level Electrical with Nic as the electrical solutions manager and contact, was always available. I have never experienced such support, patience and attention to detail. Then, a year after installation, on a rainy Sunday morning, when I needed help due to a black-out caused by water ingress, Nic was there on the other end of the phone providing guidance. Thanks to Nic, Level Electrical had someone at my house first thing Monday morning. Mark arrived and made everything safe and operational. Mark was professional and patient, answering all my questions. I’ve always thought it’s the people who make a business what it is- with people like Nic a”

“I highly recommend Level Electrical and Solar for their professionalism and quality of work. Nic did an excellent job designing my system to suit my needs, particularly my desire for energy independence and reliability during extreme weather events. My system consists of 10kW of solar panels, a Deye 10kW hybrid inverter and 50kWh of battery storage. Level Electrical and Solar also installed my EV charger, integrating it into my overall home energy setup. This allows me to charge my car using my own solar generation while maintaining substantial battery storage for backup power. One of my main priorities was having enough storage to keep my home running when the grid goes down, allowing me to operate independently during extreme weather events. Nic took these requirements into account when designing the system. Another positive is that Level Electrical and Solar has a professional central office that is easy to contact, providing confidence that future support is readily accessible if needed. Thanks to Nic and the entire team at Level Electrical and Solar for delivering a system tailored to my needs. If you're looking for a quality solar and battery installation, EV charging and pro”
