“Alistair from Lighting Up Melbourne is an incredibly attentive and diligent electrician, and truly cares about making sure the work is completed professionally and with as little future hassle as possible. We had an appointment booked at our rental that we weren't informed about in full by our agent, but Alistair still worked to make sure that my day was disrupted as little as possible. There seemed to be many surprising complications with this job, but he was able to navigate it swiftly and efficiently, and even stayed overtime to ensure that our power was back on asap despite the potential of needing to book a later appointment. I was very very happy to avoid that hassle! Throughout the whole job, Alistair was very kind and helpful and communicative despite my frustrations at having to reschedule parts of my day. Highly recommend him and this company for your electrical needs.”
