I was informed they would be returning the following day to scan the other areas, but no one returned. I then received a report with an incorrect address, which our builder stressed puts them in a tricky spot with their insurances. By the time the report was received with updated address our builder was ready to commence excavation onsite, the builder organised another company to come and scan the remaining areas costing us an additional $300.”
