“Would NEVER recommend! Extremely Disappointing and the lady at the counter seems like she's out to scam people! When I asked about the lights, she said all the price tags are much higher when you purchase them because they come in their box. Then why are you displaying the wrong prices! How can you sell a light to a customer and not expect for it to come in a box (no mention of ex-display or anything)! I then asked her for the price for one pendant light I was interested in and she gave me the price and then she tried to increase it a little more and pretended she didn't give the lower price, which she had written down in front of both of us! When I asked her why is she increasing it when she just told me the price, then she continued to INSULT ME in front of another customer by laughing and saying, "Hahaha, I don't understand what he's saying, he's confused." (I have an Australian accent, she barely speaks english!) The customer behind me was shocked and left as soon as I did! She claims to be closing down the store but has no idea when...good riddance, hope they close as fast as possible! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!”

“I bought four beautiful well priced lamps. They arrived a few days later but upon unboxing I noted one had broken. I sent a photo to Kevin at Lumina De who quickly responded that he had informed the supplier and a replacement would be sent and has now arrived. Such excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Five start service indeed.”
