We got him back 18 months later when one of the electrical packs in a fan started causing a humming through the floor (fan issue, not installation issue). Nothing is too much trouble for Dave: he did his research and liaised with Beacon (for the fan and electrical pack issue) added extra switches, split exhaust fans from lights, etc. He is a great communicator and is prompt, respectful, and provides quality work. He is clean and tidy (you wouldn't know he'd been here). We wouldn't go anywhere else for our electrical work.”
