I first spoke with Jamie, who from the outset, took the time to guide me through the process in detail, answering questions thoroughly and never making me feel rushed. That level of care made a real difference. Once work began, their expertise was immediately evident. I was blessed to have 2 great technicians, Bruce and Ayden who meticulously reconfigured, installed and set up my theatre and audio system. Everything came together efficiently, particularly the equipment cupboard, which had been left in quite a messy and disorganised state from the previous installation. We also took the opportunity to improve the audio throughout the house. With plans to sell our home soon, I wanted to be measured in what we did, but through Jamie's professional advice, upgrading the ceiling speakers proved to be a worthwhile decision—enhancing not just the sound quality, but the overall presentation of the home.
