About Mark Brehaut
Underground service locating and boring contractor in Ballarat East, VIC, tracing cables, pipes and utilities.
Mark Brehaut runs an underground service locating and boring business in Ballarat East, working in and around Ballarat and nearby areas such as Warrenheip, Invermay, Mount Clear and Gordon. The work covers locating underground services, including power cables, water pipes, gas pipes, communication cables such as optic fibre, storm water and sewer pipes, irrigation and fire water lines, and septic tanks. Locating is not limited to Telstra assets, and all metallic pipes and cables can be traced.
The business also offers underground boring for straight shot situations, with a machine footprint of 3.5 metres, bore lengths up to 15 metres and bore diameters from 60mm to 150mm. Boring can reduce the need for trenches, fill, compacting, saw cutting and resurfacing, and leaves less clean-up. Mark has worked in the building industry around Ballarat for more than thirty years and has completed training with Telstra and the NULCA underground asset locating course.
