From the initial quoting process right through to installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and it's clear the team takes pride in what they do. What really stood out was their customer service. MC Electrical proactively contacted me ahead of the reduction in the government battery rebate and offered to bring my installation forward so I could take advantage of the higher rebate. This was greatly appreciated and demonstrated that they genuinely look after their customers. A few months after installation, they also followed up with a detailed report showing how the system was performing and confirming everything was working well. This was completely unexpected and something they certainly didn't have to do, but it was a great example of their commitment to after-sales service. It's refreshing to deal with a company that not only delivers a quality installation but also goes above and beyond for its customers. I wouldn't he”

They never pushed products or upgrades and had genuine conversations with real recommendations, and actually care about the outcome. They are easy to communicate with, turn up on time and eager, and do high quality work. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, and taken time to explain everything. As a company they seem positioned as an employer who actually cares about their product and services, and seem to have a good culture which flows down to their knowledgable and competent employees. They have connections in the solar community, so they were able to very quickly resolve minor hiccups in the install with no issues.”

Some delays in the delivery of parts but didn't cause any trouble on our part. they stayed late to get the job done that day. overall very impressed. -They followed up afterwards to check if there were any issues and are going to send out to fix a small issue with the previously installed catch relay for free which I think is great customer service. Overall very happy with the experience. Compared to the company who did the initial solar (which were still very good) I would say they are much better and would recommend them to anyone needing Solar/batteries installed. Update: 9m later I had an issue with a buzzing contractor. They came out and sorted it the next day at no charge. They defiantly stand by their product. Would give them 6 stars if I could.”
