“I won't exactly say pathetic - but close!. Ring the number and it gets answered by someone at their own home - we're not in Covid lockdowns nowadays so why ???. Unable to login and they say there's no problem but they're unable to contact their own staff back at the office to remedy. This is Nov 2023. Actually - their Google listing shows Artarmon NSW as an address with a Melbourne number. The Artarmon address is invalid - it's a sandwich shop because I rang the company next door and they told me. Something weird going on here. It's now November 2024 & nothing has changed - maybe they don't give a rats.”

“This is not looking good. Waited all day for installation of meter still waiting next day. This was one of the reasons for changing my electricity supplier. We had out solar installed in January. It is now July & still waiting for this Smart meter.”
