“I have an intermittent electrical fault on a circuit. Michael came and did some diagnosis work and replaced the circuit breaker. The circuit was operating when he arrived. He concluded that it was potentially the circuit breaker. Two weeks later I have the same issue with the same circuit. Michael expects to continue to be paid even though the fault was not fixed originally. How long is a piece of string. I will engage another electrician with an understanding that the job will only be paid for once.”
