“We have been a long term supportive client (15 years +) of Mr Washer but since they've gone into electrical their prices have shot up through the roof. To change one light globe and adjust a timer hour they charged us $600 - yes that's right. I was with them when they changed the timer and it would have taken 5-10 minutes and to change a garden light globe at knee height would have taken them less than 10 minutes. We feel ripped off and all of the people I've spoken to are shocked and agree that we've been ripped off most likely because we're a strata building. Will never use them again nor recommend them which is a shame as we have had nothing but great service at reasonable prices from the previous Mr Washer.”
