“I had my split system installed on a Friday afternoon. Ben installed it and he was very polite but he took 5 1/2 hours to put a 2.6 split system in my bedroom. I know that his boss had to come and help him with the wiring. On completion of the job I asked Ben what happens now and he advised me that I will receive a email with the steps to pay. I received a email from this company on the Monday stating that the bill was overdue!!!! Mind you this was the first email and payment invoice I’d received from them. I sent through the full payment and requested a letter of compliance as well as a receipt and warranty. I’ve now sent three emails and I’ve had no response. I’ve advised them that if I don’t hear from them in the next 24 hours I will be contacting the ombudsman and I Will not hesitate to do this. Hindsight, maybe my advice to people check the credentials and the background of a company before you go ahead”
