I completely understand that businesses can be busy or may not have the capacity to take on additional work. If that’s the case, a simple response saying, “Sorry, we’re too busy at the moment,” would be more than enough. I’d happily accept that and move on without hassling them. Unfortunately, being left without any response after multiple attempts is disappointing and, in my view, unprofessional. Good communication is important, even when the answer is simply no. I would have liked to give NEAVE Electrical a positive review and the opportunity to quote the work, but at this stage I can’t recommend them based on my experience. Hopefully they can improve their communication with potential customers in the future.”
