“Nick responded promptly and in depth to our enquiries regarding smoke alarm installation. His quote was reasonable and included swapping out a non-working fan at no extra cost. He also advised we accept a lower-cost product for the alarms which would be very adequate for our needs. The installation was carried out promptly as well and Nick's manner was friendly and professional. We have used his services a number of times and are always happy with the result.”
