“We accepted a quote on 15 June and were originally booked for 18 June, but our appointment was pushed back to 22 June because we were told someone was sick. When the technician arrived, the required parts didn’t work, so we were told new parts had to be ordered. From then on, communication was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to chase the office for updates, and despite being promised return calls, we rarely heard back. Before they would order the parts, they insisted we pay the remaining balance, plus an additional amount, and even asked us to send proof of payment. We were then asked for more money again before any further work was done. After weeks of delays, poor communication, and nearly $5,000 spent, we were finally told the system couldn’t be repaired and that we needed a completely new air conditioner. We purchased our new system elsewhere. The lack of customer service, communication, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I have owned a business in Mandurah for 20 years, and if I treated my customers the way this company treated us, I wouldn’t still be in business. I would not recommend them. This was under my partner name”
