“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this man highly enough! We recently had issues with our TV antenna and satellite dish, which are particularly important to my parents, who watch television from Europe. The original quote was for a complete overhaul, including new cables, connectors, splitters and everything needed to provide both satellite and free-to-air TV to four rooms. After installing a new amplifier and splitters, he managed to get the signal strength up to a level where everything was working beautifully. He could easily have gone ahead and replaced every cable and connector, charging us considerably more in the process. Instead, he took the time to show us the picture quality, which was actually better than before, and honestly suggested we save our money if we were happy with the result. We were, and we really appreciated his honesty. But that wasn't all. While he was up on the roof, he noticed that an air-conditioning pipe leading into one of the rooms had become disconnected from the main unit. Without hesitation, he fixed that too. His professionalism, honesty and willingness to go above and beyond were outstanding. Just as importantly, his empathy and kindness did not go unnot”
