We received a surprise defect notice from our energy supplier informing us that the private telegraph pole on our property was unsafe and required immediate replacement due to rotting below ground. I rang John and he was able to provide a firm quote within a few hours. A few days later the crew arrived along with their gigantic machines and were able to remove the old pole and replace it with a new one, along with all the associated wiring in a few hours. They were competent and efficient and left the place so tidy that you could barely tell they'd been there. Nice bunch of blokes too. I have no hesitation in recommending Northpower to anyone.”
