“In September/October 2025, we had a new system installed. Since then, the system has not been properly connected and we have been unable to manage it via the app or use the backup battery as it was not configured correctly. After multiple attempts to have John reconnect the system, we have now had a third party resolve the issues. The electrician confirmed that the problem was not due to ‘rats chewing wires’ as John had stated, but rather a configuration error by his team. While I am disappointed to have paid another company over $1000 to resolve this issue, I am pleased to have a reliable and honest electrician I can trust.”

“We had a fantastic experience with NuWay Solar from start to finish. John was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand our needs—not just for now, but also looking ahead to our future energy requirements. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend NuWay Solar to anyone considering solar!”
