“Great communication, turned up on time, did a great job and left the property clean and tidy after completion. Overall great service from start to finish.”

“Be careful of using these guys for solar. They switch solar brand panels on you on the day. I thought it was a once off but now I’ve hear from 4 other people I spoke to that they’ve done the same thing. All these panels are a cheaper version of the one agreed in the quote. They are also trying to charge me for two inverters but only provided me with one. When questioned they said they are not obliged to follow the agreed quote they’ve provided. They admit to these faults and errors on their end but are refusing to cooperate to resolve the matter and refusing to resolve install issues.”

“Solar install by the O'brien team was great. Clean work by Jack, Damian, Liam and Antonio. Was a pleasure to have them on site. BUT.... Too bad its taken over 6 months to get the panels, battery and inverter installed. 6 weeks after install and it still hasn't been inspected so right now its just an expensive ornament on the roof and wall. It was my mistake, I shouldn't have accepted a delay to help them out when they were busy due to the rebate ending. The result of that kindness was for them to advise that not only the the battery I ordered was not available, but also the panels and then finally the inverter. Don't worry, I was offered an inferior product for the same price and then had to argue for them to just give me what they quoted in the first place. I've lost count of the emails and phone calls I've had to initiate just to get to this point. Most of the staff mean well, but there's some particularly crappy people running the place, who aren't hesitant to lie directly to you if it gets them what they want (yeah I'm looking at you Josh Butler). And the promised 2 day install (a few hours away for me), booked for early morning, but of course they arrived at the end of the day”
