“Exceptional service and reliability I’ve used O'Brien Electrical Mildura several times over the years—most recently for repairs to our Rational oven at the restaurant—and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Their team is always professional, responsive, and upfront with pricing. Ben, Gary and the crew provided a clear, detailed quote and kept me updated throughout the process. As a business owner, this kind of transparency makes a big difference—detailed invoicing, accurate breakdowns, and no surprise charges. It’s a refreshing change from some experiences I've had elsewhere. We’ve had everything from our dishwasher, glasswasher, and coffee machine serviced by their team. They always take the time to explain the best options, whether it’s repair, refurbishment, or replacement. In particular, our Vittoria coffee machine was a brand they hadn’t worked with before, but they were completely upfront, did their research, gave honest advice, and now we’ve got it fully operational again. Ben especially always goes above and beyond to help—whether it’s fitting in urgent jobs, offering practical advice, or making sure things are followed through properly. It’s great to work with trades”

“Tried to charge me for a overpriced quote! Had a “tech” visit my property to quote for a job. Quote came back almost $500. We asked for a cheaper option. 10 days later we got a reply that there was no cheaper option. Meanwhile we found someone to complete the job for $300. Upon informing O’Brien that we had gone with someone else they tried to bill us for the quote! Overpriced, unresponsive and unprofessional. There are many better option in town.”
