I contacted Mark about checking out an existing solar system on a house I bought and I wanted to talk to him about a new battery system. It took him 4 weeks to get back to me to book in a day for him to come out and have look, but they never turned up. Not happy as I took a half a day of work to be here, and they didn't even show or ring to explain why they didn't turn up. I would be looking for another company.”
