Dion did a very thorough site visit, provided the quote and his email communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The installers Harper, Matthew and Mitch (half of Day 2) were on time, polite and friendly. Responsiveness to the ozora@ email address could have been better by the office admin staff but that was followed up each time with an apologetic phone call. They also "appeared" to struggle with some of the paperwork and invoice receipt requirements which should just be automatic standard practice. Dion again assisted with navigating some of these issues but I don't think? it was probably his job to do so. As a retired senior procurement officer, there is definitely room for improvement and streamlining the admin paperwork side of the business but they did get there in the end with some chasing. Overall though, the *total experience was good to very good thanks to Dion's involvement. 3.9 Stars”
