I had to have an electrician replace all of the down light plugs as they used 1 mill wire which is fine, however when using this wire they should use plug base and not quick connect plugs (even though it could be argued that it is legal). So around a thousand dollars wasted so they could save a few dollars. The reason is that as soon as you need to replace the downlight, if the crimping is poorly done as it was in my case, there is a very high chance of being electrocuted by a loose wire or the potential for arcing and a fire to start from this.”
