“We rang Platinum Services SA to get someone out to repair our Bosch washing machine as it was giving us an error code and refused to do anything besides beep at us. They were able to get a technician to come out the next day. Matthew the technician arrived on time and was very polite and immediately got to work on our machine which to our horror worked, not to give up he checked the entire machine looking for where the water leak(error code) was coming from. In the end no leak was found although there was water in the trough underneath, he cleaned it up and suggested what to do going forward. The machine is working fine now. We would most definitely use and recommend Platinum Services SA to our friends and family going forward. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from us”

“I did my due diligence and phoned round. I was quoted a lower price elsewhere but I got a better level of service from Georgia. She was warm, affable and came across as totally honest and willing to go the extra mile. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue in no time. They even looked after me when the bill was tallied. Wonderful people. Highly recommended”
