About Polarised Electrical Services
Electrician in Belgrave Heights, VIC for industrial process solutions, network cabling, security and CCTV, solar and switchboard upgrades.
Polarised Electrical Services is an electrical contracting business based in Belgrave Heights, working across Melbourne's east and south-east, including Belgrave, Emerald, Cockatoo, Lysterfield, Mount Dandenong, Olinda, Narre Warren North, Upwey and Tecoma. The team handles industrial process solutions, preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations, and general light and power installations. It also runs network cabling and installs security and CCTV systems.
The business is run by Luke Jones with a small in-house team of licensed A-Grade electricians, and the people who quote a job are the ones who carry it out. Its background is in commercial sites, food and pharmaceutical production lines and hazardous areas, and that approach is applied to homes as well. Work on the home side includes solar, battery storage, EV charging, hot water heat pumps, heating and cooling, induction cooktops, switchboard upgrades, smoke alarms, and data and TV points. Jobs finish with circuits labelled and a walkthrough of the app before the crew leaves.

“Can’t thank Luke and the team at Polarised Electrical enough. We’d been stuffed around by multiple solar companies who had no idea how to properly work with our shingle terracotta roof. It was always the same story — sell first, figure out the problems later. That led to long delays, trial and error, and even roof leaks. We’d honestly reached the point where we were ready to give up on solar altogether and had contacted a roof tiler to restore the roof and move on. Thankfully, our roof tiler introduced us to Luke for one last try, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. From the very first visit, Luke has been a man of his word. He and the team turned up on time every scheduled day, clearly knew what they were doing with our roof, and kept me updated throughout the entire solar, battery and EV wall charger install. I was constantly getting progress updates, so I always knew exactly where things were at. Given the complexity of our job, the install ended up taking more time and days than originally expected. Rather than leaving the job half-finished and trying to squeeze us back into the diary later, Luke didn’t hesitate to shuffle his schedule around so the team could”
