“Unfortunately, had a poor experience with one of the technicians during the fire alarm testing in our unit block. Not only did they show up on a day they weren’t meant to be onsite, but when my partner simply asked how long the testing would take, the young guy responded with an unnecessarily rude tone—dismissive and condescending instead of just giving a straightforward answer. However, after some time, he seemed noticeably sheepish, which makes me suspect he was spoken to by his supervisor. Regardless, the initial attitude was unacceptable. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be standard, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. Disappointing customer service.”
