I needn't have worried. From the first initial consult to the finished product everything ran like clockwork. Ray could not have been any more professional and knowledgeable, polite and patient all the time he was in my house fitting the alarm system. “Ray seems knowledgeable enough about his trade. However, I find the service and atitude to be severely lacking. I wasn't usually a person who writes bad reviews but here I come. I was after a cabling job in my property in Nov 2022 and reached out. Ray arrived onsite, inspected the job details, told me to hold tight for a quote. Next day, my name changed from Patrick to Steven when he send me his response, and he said he can't help me because they cannot use my own equipment. I thought that was fair enough, so I replied, what about you use your own equipment up to a central patch panel, and I can handle the rest such as patching from the panel to my equipments. Simple and easy cabling. First of all, no replies whatsoever after I followed up via email twice. Second, when I called, Ray completely ignored the fact that I have updated my requirements to suit their rules, and just told me to stop calling him in a pretty harsh tone, to which I find rude. I'd like to be simply told no, sorry we still can't do you job, politely, rather than being almost yelled at on the phone. And if you think the job is too hard or not worth your time, just tell me the truth. Needless to say I was able to ”
