“I requested a quote for a ducted system fan motor replacement two weeks ago. A technician attended my property and advised that a quote would be issued the following day, but I never received it. I then had to follow up multiple times to get an update. 6 days ago, I was informed that they were waiting for a response from the supplier and that within 24-48 hours they would be able to advise whether the motor could be replaced or otherwise they are happy to quote for the entire system replacement. Unfortunately, totally after 14 days, I still have not received a certain answer regarding either option. While I understand that suppliers can sometimes cause delays, but their communication has been poor, and I feel my time has been wasted. It gives the impression that smaller jobs are not a priority compared to larger and more profitable works. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them at least to obtain a quote for small works.”

“Wire insulation scrap left on site, Hot water cylinder thermostat left on 75C (Potentially dangerous and unnecessary), obviously burnt connectors re-used (a 50 cent part at full retail), job report mentions advice/conversations that did not occur. I have worked with electricians/electronics technicians and electrical engineers for many years, this was a very basic job with an obvious minimum care factor (about $80 above what I was told by them for what should be the cost for a 20-30 minute job). Will not be contacting them for any future work.No response to emails or via their website message system. Had to call them just to get my invoice. Update: The thermostat they replaced has failed after 6 months leaving me with no hot water in the middle of winter.”
