“I have been dealing with Redfleet for over a year now. The Products I select from the Website arrive a few days after ordering. In Particular we have purchased the CRUISER-X MINE-SPEC NEX-GEN 1200CM Multi-Function L.E.D. Warning Lightbar. We are using this on our Roadside Service Vehicle. “August last year I purchased an Icom UHF to replace a unit in a car that I bought. I only got around to installing the UHF only to not use it for months and just sit in my car until now. When I went to use it, I found it wasn’t working. I contacted Red Fleet Safety I was promptly passed on to Arnel one of their technicians. Over the phone Arnel helped me troubleshoot and test wires So we could eliminate some potential issues. In the end we were able to rule a few symptoms out and I was able to have a better understanding on how a UHF system works. Hopefully, I’ll be able to find some more time to work out Exactly what’s going on with it. Thank you very much, Red Fleet Safety.”

“Just a heads up to any future customers, be prepared to only buy their own line of products, if your after anything else you'll get the run around have your emails ignored and be treated like less by the sales team. Its honestly rather sad after we approached them to enquire about a quote for a build and was snubbed off. Once again if your after redfleet products your in luck, if your after anything else in their line up be prepared to look elsewhere. We were effectively told they werent willing to engage to give us pricing for items we were after and continued to push their own line of products after we made it clear we were after particular items. The whole process left us feeling neglected, ignored and rather frustrated for a company that seems to preach they will do it all, no job too big or small. Moreover we approached them as we felt they were the best fit for what we were after and all their work shown seems to be above anywhere else. We do hope in the future this behaviour is rectified in their sales department and we may look to do business in the future. EDIT: The customer service as other reviews have previously stated is atrocious at best. We hoped to have provided con”
