“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations! I simply don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for the exceptional support I received from RetroPower Melbourne, especially from Drasko. What truly amazed me was that I hadn't even purchased my Victron equipment from them, yet they treated me as if I were one of their own customers. They happily accepted the unit for testing, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and arranged for all necessary warranty replacements without any hesitation. To make things even more impressive, the entire testing, warranty process, and repair were completed in less than three days. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and customer care is incredibly rare these days. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely values helping people rather than simply making a sale. Drasko's technical expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to outstanding customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into an incredibly positive one. Thank you, Drasko and the entire RetroPower team. you've set the gold standard for customer service!”
