“Customer service was non existent despite the fact that my husband and I were the only customers , and there were 3 female staff members at the counter chatting away and ignoring us. Even when we asked the younger woman about a product , she walked away and didn’t return to tell us the outcome , until we approached her again 10 min later and she advised they didn’t have the product. She seemed totally disinterested in serving us and we saw the women glance up at us , but never ask if we would like some service , information …. Anything! We did finally approach them again to ask for a couple of basic items - I will never shop there again. I would be furious if I was the owner of this business- not one other customer entered the store while we were there… we will drive the extra 2 klms to their competition next time.”
