“The real estate I rent through hired Russo electrical to fix a broken oven in my apartment. On arriving home I was shocked to discover that the electrician they had sent out (Nick) had taken it upon himself to let himself into a closed bedroom, rummage through a wardrobe and helped himself to the use of my vacuum cleaner! To top things off he found it quite acceptable to trudged through my carpet without removing his boots and left a nice little mess in my kitchen for me to clean up. Very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour. If you are considering using Russo electrical, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for professional tradespeople you can trust.!”
