When he came he verbally abused her saying he is too busy and doesn't know what the problem is and left her in her home in the dark. You don't treat people like that let alone an older woman by herself, you can still talk to people with kindness even if you are unable to assist. He was agressive and lucky my brother was there to witness his behaviour. Do not recommend.”

My sister was so happy to be able to watch her usual TV shows and keep to her routine. It was such a relief to find someone on such short notice after hours.”
