“I hired Smoke Alarm Installation in March 2021 to upgrade my smoke alarm to be compliant with QLD new regulations. In April 2022, another company where in my property to do the yearly check up and they told me that one of the smoke alarms is less than 300mm from a light and that is not compliant. I have tried to contact Smoke Alarm Installation for over a week and they have not answer or return my calls. I expected that a license Electrician should know the regulation an install the smoke alarms appropriately. I also expected that the company would have contact me or be responsive. Do not recommend them!”
