They were so helpful and gave me some great suggestions for smoke alarms that are better suited to the high humidity we have here in the Whitsundays. They arranged for someone to come out and check our existing alarms the very next day. All of ours needed replacing as they were almost out of date, but we were also having the issue of them randomly going off in the middle of the night, which was driving us crazy! They replaced them with the recommended brand for our area, and the best part is that within 24 hours of sending my very first email, we had brand-new smoke alarms installed, compliant with the new 2027 regulations, and hopefully no more middle-of-the-night false alarms! 🙌 Living in the Whitsundays, I’m honestly used to having to chase tradespeople to get a response, so having someone reply so quickly, organise a visit and have the whole job sorted within 24 hours really blew me away.
