“Once again, I am hugely disappointed by this company. My calls just go to voicemail. I have issues with my solar HWS. From my past experience, Solahart are purely interested in selling you a new HWS if you’re able to contact them. If so, they are not interested in assisting with servicing your existing unit, just in selling you a new one. Currently, I’m stuck. I have an existing Edwards solar HWS in need of servicing and unable to get hold of Solahart to assist .”

“Do everything right to do the deal no problem with installation have any issues afterwards good luck as they never return your calls or emails next step go to the show room and maybe discourage some new customers while I’m there”

“Communication is poor. Service was initially good. Now they do not respond to requests, including about the failure of a component.”
