We didn't go for the fancy internet options but it still feeds back to the company. They have let us know once that we needed to check the system but it was a grid problem and not our system. We were so pleased to know they offered such great after sales service. They aren't the cheapest but after years of good service from the company and system, I would definitely recommend them.
