“I will say that the service connecting me to an electrician was indeed fast, I think it was next day infact, and the worker on site (who I will not name out of respect to him) was polite and friendly. If my bill reflected what was expected, and i had the quote actually sent and my lights replaced, this would have been fantastic service which i could set up for years to come. It is so unfortunate that this isnt how this will go forward. My issue is with accounting - and not the overall service from the worker himself persay. I Paid exactly what I owed (which was triple verified before work commenced) and yet was never given my quote, it was even acknowledged that it was being delayed constantly, and was being withheld due to additional dues that were not disclosed. To elaborate- asking us to pay extras for work that we werent told at the time on site was being done - nor can confirm was done. As we were never given a certificate of compliance of a project that is being claimed that was done. It also contradicts entirely what was said to me in person. I have been left feeling incredibly confused as the worker on site said things that polar what was written in the final bill statement”
