I contacted Speedy Electrical and within a week they had a technician, Dan Marton, come out to help. Dan was lovely, professional, punctual, and even sent a notice of arrival before getting here. He listened carefully to the issues, fixed the electrical plug, added another outlet to allow the heater to run properly again, and also repaired an isolation switch for our kitchen stove — all completed within about an hour.
